Too true, sadly.  This is what I will never forgive the Lefties for:  Making me
spend time and effort to participate in politics.

Here in Michigan, we had a senator resign mid-term.  According to the
Constitutin, the Governor needs to appoint someone to finish off the term.  But
she has not done so.  Why?  Because the district is overwhelming Republican and
by not putting a rep in place, there's one less Republican vote in the state
Senate.  She's been "dragging her feet" for over a year now on this.
