But if youre family has owned the building free and clear for a couple of
generations.  You don't have to pay rent.  I will argue that the businesses
that had to pay rent already left.

Then there's the work involved to start a business somewhere else, as well as
move all your stuff there.

It doesn't matter.  Only the losers are left in NYC now because they are the
only ones who "benefit" under socialism.
