This seems to be the norm for Elitists.

Trump sent over millions to help with the damage here in Michigan from ice
storms like 6 months ago.  Our Tyrant..er. Governor couldn't get off her lazy
rear to help (this area doesn't vote Democrat).

But the money is tied up at the state level because our Tyrant doesn't want
those people to get it, and she wants it for her buddies.
