Which is starting to smell like a large cover up now.  Complete with
misdirection like "finding documents in burn bags."

That would be nice.  Like I said, my understanding is that Immunity is only for
official acts.  He's not immune from consequences of his unofficial acts.  But
it would be nice for the courts to rule - if we can find an impartial judge.

IHMO: He'll get off.  It will be too difficult.

I'd like to see the courts to rule that Osama is not a natural born citizen,
therefore ineligible to be President in the first place and declaring his
Presidency to be null and void.  Since he wasn't President, there is no
Presidential Immunity for his actions.
