No motive because the Propaganda Ministry hasn't assigned him one yet.

But you can bet it will be something other than "The Left closed the mental
institutions a while ago".

I'm not shocked.  Thomas Sowell documented this culture some time ago.

Another reason never to go to Cincinnati (but we don't go to Ohio if we can
avoid it - only THROUGH Ohio).

That is actually part of southern black culture, but its roots are much older
than that.
