  The only person who seems to be ignoring facts, are the ones blindly following and chanting MAGA.

A deportation warrant or notice is only the FIRST step in the process not the last.

A deportation warrant or notice in its most simplest terms is a notice to appear, or arrest in detain.  There is then a hearing in front of an immigration judge.  Neither the President nor the ICE officers are judges and can carte blanche summary execute an actual order of deprtation.  There is no sneaking the potential deportee's onto a plane in the middle of the night.  

So, due process was ignored.

Pattently untrue, as has been pointed out in multiple responses.  You argue like my exgirlfriend.  Totally based on your feelings, or what some dubious source has told you, and choose your hill to die on regardless of FACTS.

The Supreme Court has rules multiple times, and set multiple precedents that every person present in the United States regardless of their legal status.

Specifically:

The right to due process. (5th, 6th, 14th Amendment) 
The right to legal counsel (6th Amendment)
The right against unreasable Searches and Seizures (4th Amendment).
The right to not incriminate themselfs (5th Amendment).
The right to public education (14th Amendment).

Supreme court cases that have set precendence for this.

Plyler v. Doe
Zadvydas v. Davis
US V. Wong Kim Ark
Johnson v. Artega-Martinez
Jennings v.s Rodriguez

You also have no basis of saying the Judge overstepped his bounds, where if that was the case his order would have been overturned by appeal, which DID NOT HAPPEN.  There is very little that will overturn a courts ruling. Except maybe a pardon.  That is the way the founding fathers setup our Government, for the purposes of checks and balances. 

If only you would take a break from Fox News and use the tools that avaialble to you.  I can recommend several, start with Google.
