They didn't rule that... they said don't send him to El Salvidor because he might be targeted by by a rival Gang member.

At the end of the day you are defending a MS13 Gang member who beats his wife.  Traffics people... Targets the vulnerable Women and children, as per the current indictment...

Has sex with young kids and vulnerable women...

He needed to go... now he might rot in a jail here but at least he won't be out wreaking havoc on the citizens of the country.
