Without Due Process, anyone, and I mean ANYONE can be removed from the country with absolutely no way to defend themselves. Including US citizens.

"Well only criminals will be removed" How are we to know if they are criminals? Due Process

Innocent until proven guilty is the standard, not the other way
around.

This is what separates us from other countries. If we forget what makes our nation fair and just, then we are no better than the dictatorships we call the enemy.

Our nation is built on laws, laws that govern everyone who resides in our borders, whether they are here legally, ilegally, or as a prisoner of war.
