This is covered under the 6th Admendmant.  The right to legal counsel, and speedy hearing.  (Even if it is not handled by the immigration department).  As previusly stated.  Everyone on American soil is granted consitutional protection regardless of their immigrant status..

That is NOT how America works.  I believe you need to take a basic civics class (Pitty they stopped teaching this in school).  The citizenry can not vote in one person to singlehandely dismantel the constitution.

"Democratic America"?  How very Marxist/Lennonist.  I pray we do go so far down this rabit hole that we begin to commit human rights attrocities the like of countries such as the Democratic Republic of Khampuchea, The People Democratic Republic of Viet Nam, The People Democratic Republic of North Korea, ETC.   We are a Consitutional Republic / representative democracy.

Again, may I suggest a brush up on civics, followed up by consitutional law.
