Sound logic and thought process, maybe too sound for some people.

  It will be interesting over the last 3 years how things play out.  If the system / constitution work as designed it does not matter how bad the sitting President is, as the Legislative and Judicual branch is supposed to check each other and balance things out.  If it doesn't then the everything is well and truely broken!  That will be the true, and expensive thing that will need to be worked out when everything is said and done.
