That's what it seems.  They never did get over owning slaves in the Antebellum
South.

Wars usually are done for a few reasons:
1. Distract what the Elitists are doing elsewhere.
2. Launder tax dollars to help the "underdog", but most end up in the accounts
of the Elitist's.
3. Heighten the public's sense of panic - making them easier to control.

The Biden Crime Family's motivation is probably just money.

We need to remember that there are many Elitist groups who each of their own
motivations and agendas.  Often, these groups will foment something that
benefits them all.
