Mike, I appreciate your trust and confidence. You're absolutely right. There have indeed been some lively and decent interactions with individuals who haven't always agreed with me, and there certainly will be more of those in the future. Disagreements are welcome; they're part of what makes robust debate possible. However, there might also be those who choose to test boundaries or deliberately provoke. 

To them, I'll simply say this: spirited discussion is encouraged, but
disrespect won't be tolerated.
