 Ignore the facts that don't fit the narrative is prevalent nowadays.
 No one can prove he's MS-13, as far as I've seen his only arrest was
 for loitering at a home depot looking for day labor. But the
 administration has already painted him a criminal and/or a terrorist.

 The due process part is the part they gloss over. When Alito was on
 the side of civil liberties, you know it's bad.

 Justice Antonin Scalia, in the 1993 Supreme Court case Reno v. Flores,
 wrote that "it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles
 aliens to due process of law in deportation proceedings".
