Except the fact that Kristi Noem, Jason Smith (R-Mo) and Riley Moore (R-W.
Va) Also have visited CECOT. Several others have visited El Salvador,
but wouldn't confirm or deny whether they visited CECOT.

Are you claiming that congressional delegates don't have authority to
visit detention facilities that the US government is funding?
