Because he was deported without due process, i.e. he did not get his time
before a judge.  That is why the prosecution is on the Trump administration.

Even if he did come here illegally from one country, there is no law on the
books that says we can send you to a supermax facility in *another*
country.  If he was being deported for being illegal, he should have been
sent back to Venezuela, not El Salvador.

No, I don't want to pay for it, but I am smart enough to see that there was a
mistake made and now it needs to be fixed.  I am also smart enough to see
that whoever didn't do their homework before these raids needs to be
punished -- probably fired.
