Thanks for explaining that. So, I just searched about that and found that it is capped here at 2%. And that sounds reasonable, but I still have a mystery to solve with the bank wanting an extra $100 per month.

Apparently the city has decided to stop collecting tax payments 2x per year and will now be collecting it 1x instead. I get that, but I don't get why the bank needs an extra $100 from me per month to facilitate the change.

That makes sense. But I don't think that we have to wait that long for the Democrats to preemptively retaliate against us for it.

I like charter schools. I had my kid in one before and it was excellent.

They control taxpayer money, they control a portion of the teachers' salaries, they control teachers' minds, they control our kids, and they take power away from parents. But other than all that, sure, teachers' unions are great :)
