Yup, one article I read said all roads lead to Obama... This might be why Mike wants out.  There was a small video on YouTube that shows the auto-pen issue.  It took a 1/2 dozen or so signatures and overlapped them and there was no fundamental differences between the signatures.

This is the tip of the iceberg and I'm sure once trained professionals look into it it'll start to get exciting.

Contracts are simple... as are laws... Once all the elements are met it's enforceable... So, The House passes something... The Senate gets on board and votes to pass this "Something"... Then the President signs it into law.  All 3 elements need to be present... And now Huston we have a problem...
