While most of the funding was "for" the conflict, it's still pretty separate
from the conflict.

Z-ski said that Ukraine didn't get most of that money anyway.  It's probably in
the military industrial complex here in the U.S. being spread around to Biden
buddies.

One thing I do trust Trump for: If we are funding something, the U.S. will get
something back - probably worth more than what we spent.
