I believe that to be the case, but it's just that Trump never talked about further funding for Ukraine until after he got elected. His stance was always "I'll end that conflict." I just hope his priorities haven't shifted.

That makes sense and I hope it works out that way, but this is just not what we've come to expect after all the Ukraine talk at the rallies.
