That's the difference between a gov't official who earned his wealth and one
that merely received his wealth.

For Trump, he doesn't care about campaign donation money.  He has plenty and
can make more.

For the swamp critters, they never have enough because they are completely
unable to make more.  So they will grab as much as they can while they can.
