We have this other building that's been sitting vacant since 1981 (or something like that.) There was a fire that supposedly "released harmful PCBs," so the building just sits there. And that one is owned by the city. The city spent $53 million dollars on a cleanup attempt, but I guess that attempt failed. I don't know where they get those numbers or that money from, but our schools still have hvac, plumbing, and parking issues that "we can't afford to fix" and "there's no money for field trips" either. (Just lots of money to spend on unused buildings.) --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A48 (Linux/64) * Origin: JoesBBS.com, Telnet:23 SSH:22 HTTP:80 (1:342/202) .
