I'm not 100% convinced that lead poisoning is really a thing, either. It's probably just another "statistical" scare. But a promise is a promise.

You're right about the funneling. I've seen it take place on a lower level, and there are similarities. There's this guy who is the director of a multi-state children's home, and he hires the most expensive contractors to do jobs, after others put in bids to do them for a fraction of the cost. I believe Biden is doing the same thing, but on a way higher level.
