That's a good point. The federal government shouldn't be promising anything to local water departments. I don't believe that was ever expected from the start. We expect them to fund the military, secure the border, and engage in international diplomacy. Not to hand cash to blue city water departments. That complicates everything, and then people in red cities (like mine) get ripped off and left out.

This RINO is on his way out after losing this year's election to a Democrat. The least he can do is sue the Biden administration for lying to us, but he's smart enough to know better than to bite the hand that feeds.
