I thought so. I understand what a "hate crime" is, and am not bothered that it is used as an "accessory charge" to make it more likely a criminal does their time. In this case, though, it feels like it is being used in a way that says the murders they committed are somehow "more important" than the ones whose assailants were commutted. > The summarized descriptions of their crimes sound somewhat common, but there > are probably certain details that weren't mentioned that took their charges o > federal courts. > "Murder with the intent of preventing testimony by a witness, victim, or > informant. The summaries used on TV and other places lacked a lot of details. I know a couple of them were murders who then murdered prison guards (or other staff) while in prison. * SLMR 2.1a * A penny saved is a Congressional oversight. --- SBBSecho 3.20-Linux * Origin: capitolcityonline.net * Telnet/SSH:2022/HTTP (1:2320/105) .
