Based on the OMG report, Biden was mentally incompetent from Day 1 of his
"presidency".  I think if they pump enough drugs into him, he can be coherent
for a short period of time, but that's it.

But this is another "how can we know for sure?" thing.  We can only see the
gaffs and such that the media can't wipe away.

Exactly.  My hope was that many of them would simply go on "vacation" and hide
in some country that was friendly to them.  But now I realize that no such
