It seems like the judge is discriminating against Penny because of his veteran status, or like you said, he's trying to appease BLM.

I once had a fortune cookie tell me "Don't let other peoples' problems become your problems." I think the cookie was right. If you see someone hurting other people, but you don't know them, just let it go. Defend yourself and your family, and that's it. Other people will have to thank BLM when nobody helps them from now on.
