You can thank President Ford for that... He gave Nixon that type of pardon covering the Watergate time period.

I was listening to Judge Napolitano talking on this topic.  The Judge claims that Biden's pardon cannot be challenged.  I think it  should be.

I looks like Biden may have to pardon himself and his entire family as well.

Exactly... But the Biden admin talked them into Lawfare against Trump and in doing so committed crimes.   They all thought trump would be in prison getting his ass stretched in a shower stall somewhere.

If this is done it'll be done at the last minute on January 19th 2025.
