Section 230 is needed, I believe.

If they are protected under Section 230, then they are a platform and cannot be
held responsible for the content the others produce because they are "unable"
to police such a large amount of content.

However, once they prove that they **can** police their content, then the
protections under Section 230 are gone.

The problem has always been that places like Facebook want it both ways: They
want the protections under Section 230 so they don't get sued by their users
for other user's bad posts, and they want to censor content that they don't
like (i.e. policing their content).  They can't have it both ways, but the
Biden Regime allowed it.

Pam should
1. Investigate and punish those gov't officals pushing Facebook to censor -
that is a clear violation of the First Amendment.
2. Tell Facebook that the rules have changed and they have a choice: Be a
platform or be a publisher.  They need to make a choice and stick to it.
