The Elitists always bring up the fringe cases to bolster their "for everyone"
case.  Common tactic.

And it should always be between the doctor and the parents to make the
decision.  It some (very, very rare) cases, it may need to be done to save the
life of the mother.

In any case, it's none of the state's business and not society's problem to pay
