You have been saying that for a while, but there seem to be more news
outlets (at least cable TV outlets) popping up more than closing down.

NewsNation has launched in the past couple of years, and there is some
other new "national news" program that one of our local "not big 4" stations
is now carrying.  I believe that one is from Gray Broadcasting.

I am not aware of any TV outlets that have closed down.
