Yep.

I think this had a lot more to do with how they "spoke out" and not that
they just spoke out.  While they "spoke out" in a similar manner to those
that "spoke out" during the prior summer, they made a goof and did so at
the Capitol.

I think that has been going on for most of our lifetimes at least.
