Do you have evidence to the contrary??  It's not rocket science... Don't send electric chainsaws to a devastated area like that... These are electric chainsaws.... electric no other source... like battery or solar.... Wind would have been better a week before.

Stop looking for context... I think @RonL put it best... The Democrats don't
want the rural Republican areas to be able to vote.

The context, if needed, its an election season. Hurricanes are COVID 2.0.
