The governor of NC is a Democrat.  So, ya, it's the shadow forces behind the
Biden Regime at the root of this.

Well, yes.  And most governors who actually want to help their people, they
will reguest aid even before the event occurs.  But since NC's Gov is a
Democrat, and the plan is to keep those rural people from voting for Trump, he
won't request help.

And even if he did, the Feds will put forth the most incompetent FEMA people
that they had - just like the Secret Service did for the first Trump
assassination attempt.
