   We've always welcomed immigrants with open arms. After all, getting grown-up fully educated people for free (an MD costs society EUR300-400k, for instance -- "normal" educations in the range of EUR50-100k) who can start working and paying taxes from day one if we allow them.

   It's an offer we simply cannot refuse without being total xenophobic idiots like in the MAGA world and in Germany a century ago.
