What I "think" just happened is this...  The state gave the people an up or down vote to either regulated it or have it completely free for all... Abortion on demand any time any where.

If the ballot on regulation is passed then the lawmakers of the state will start the debates as to what the limits are, AKA The Regulations.  If passed the regulatory debates will start for what they want as a permanent structure.

This allows the politicians to say... You wanted regulations... or you didn't.

BTW, Though the question was a Yes/No response.  It was a paragraph long and in that, and I'm paraphrasing, that If you vote to not have regulations there will be more abortions and less live births.  I think it was their way to nudge people into the regulatory vote.

They say that ~70% of the people support abortion... What they don't say is that most of that 70% don't want unrestricted and late term abortion.

I'm hoping some normal laws emerge on this issue.

I was just saying.  Like I said in a prior message... Around the time of Roe being sent back to the States one of the activists got pregnant so that she could have an abortion....  Sick!!!

So, if Florida said after 5 abortions in any 12 month period you'll have to get sterilized in order to get the 6th one... I'm good.
