There's a bunch of things needed.  Purging the voter rolls is a start.  They should be federal laws about how the states handle their part of the elections...

There should be clean voter rolls.  Do not mail out unrequested ballots, never mind 10 times as many...  There are many things... not many many... Just normal things...

Just in the last few days we have the person in Madison Wi mailing out 10X more than needed.
