IIRC, all of the non-merit (appointed) MP> employees and above (i.e. the Governor) would have been excluded from MP> the Union as, in theory, those would be the "managers" that the Union MP> was supposed to protect the employees from. I can't find information about it for my state, so I'll assume that governors of this state are not unionized either. But after reading what you said about appointed employees and above, I'll also assume that the unions will defend a Democrat governor anyway, one way or another, because they (allegedly) make regular donations to the DNC (so why not go out on a limb for a slimeball like Cuomo?) Ok, so she might not be part of the nursing home massacre. But if prosecutors in my state have any decency, they will make the possibility of accomplices part of their investigation. I don't know Cuomo or anything, but I have doubts that he would mastermind that by himself. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A49 2023/04/30 (Windows/64) * Origin: JoesBBS.Com, Telnet:23 SSH:22 HTTP:80 (1:342/201) .
