But there's another problem.  Words have power.

For example, calling people "migrants" hides their actual status: illegal
alien, or foreign invader.

I won't use the soft words that the Left likes to use.  When someone says that
the gov't ought to give people money, I ask why I need to give up more of my
hard earned money.  If they don't understand, I educate them - and I don't
sugar coat it.  If they refuse to understand, then I'll label them the morons
that they are.
