That's the problem with the Elites.

John & Jane Doe have attachments to where they live.  The own a home, kids go to local schools.  The family may have church affiliations and they play sports and whatnot.

People with money can wakeup tomorrow in some other town, city or even country and move their money and living anywhere... Whereas poor John and Jame are trapped.
