Each state is different... Georgia "MAY" be the same a Florida... and to answer that question... You don't have to.  I do it because of my recessive Canadian gene.  When in Florida all my guns, but the one I carry, are locked in a safe.  My carry gun is either on my or close to me... I practice a lot and I wait eagerly for a Venezuelan gang to knock on my door.

Back to daddy... He bought his son the gun he used for Christmas of 2023.  His son was too young to own one... Father could have bought it and only let his have unsupervised use of it when he was of age.

I think there could have been a lesser charge... Straw Man purchase... something... I think the left is working on trying to work a system where they eventually find gun manufacturers culpable in crimes where guns are used.

The father did not do society any favors by not heeding the warnings from a year ago...  Nor did the School and the FBI for not following through and making the "Root" causes, and fixing things...

Apparently the kids at the school use to bully him... calling him gay.... I'm not sure if he's gay... But now they can add mass murderer to the things they call him.

Father should have demanded more from the school... Epic failure in all measures.
