He sure is. But with all the stuff that Putin has going on right now, it's bizarre that he would back Harris over Trump. The Harris-Biden-Soros administration just spent a historical amount of money on Ukraine's defense, while Ukrainian military is slaughtering Russians on their own soil. So why would Putin endose the party that is handing money to Putin's (alleged) enemy?

It can mean either:
A) Putin knows that Americans distrust him, so he's trying to smear Kamala
or
B) Putin truly wants Kamala to win, and the Ukraine war is fake

I hope it's A!
