Or you are a publisher - and responsible for the content because you have editorial control over the content. If a "platform" censors, then it has editorial control, and, therefore, is a "publisher". Places like Facebook want it both ways and Section 230 says that they can't. Right now, the Elitists control the judicial system so the "judges" rule that Facebook is a plaform, who censor's content. But that will change under Trump (hopefully). ....
