I think you're missing something that's implied.

1. Illegals are allowed to get driver's licenses (at least here in Michigan).
2. Long ago, many states passed "motor voter" laws that automatically register
people to vote when they get/renew a driver's license.
3. In Michigan, at least, the Sec of State is an Elitist, so she doesn't
require a citizenship check when the driver's license is gotten (and the person
is registered to vote).
4. So now we have a bunch of illegals who are registered vote and they are on
the voter rolls.
5. A mule goes to these areas where the illegals are and tells them how to
request a mail-in ballot and offers them money for it.
6. The illegals request their mail-in ballot.  Since they are on the voter
roll, they get sent a ballot.
7. They are told to just sign the envelope and give it to the mule who gives
the illegal money.
8. The mule takes the ballot to the central center to be auctioned off.

Remember that this is BLANK ballot.  But all the forms have been followed.

So someone else filled out the ballot, ticking the candidate that he's told. 
The ballot is sent back in and counted.

The ballot counts look good (i.e. 500,000 registered voters, less than that
number of ballots cast - which is normal).  So no appearant fraud there.

The name on the ballot matches the name on the voter roll and the signature
matches.  No appearant voter fraud there either.

But a bunch of illegals voted in our election, which is illegal.  But how do
you prove that?

Remember the massive fraud in the last election?  The counts were WAY off (far
more votes than voters).  We had names that weren't on the rolls.  We had
people voting who were dead, incapacitated, etc.  This fraud gets around all
that.
