One you do know, I would guess, but I don't think we really "know" Putin.

I have not heard any "normals" threatening to leave the US based on the
upcoming election results.  Probably won't get many takers.  Most making
threats/promises to leave are the non-normals.

If 2016 (or 2000 before it) proved anything, very few will keep their
promises should Trump be elected.
