They are using mules again for this.  They coach a member of the illegal
community on what to do.  He gets the people to request the mail-in ballot. 
Then he has them sign it and pays them to give him the ballot.  They then
auction off the ballots to the candidates.

We have it on video happening in the Detroit area.

Most elections differed only by a few million ballots.  10 million illegal
voters will swing the elections.  And if the focus is in the swing areas, that
can change the whole election.
