Of the 10 million+ illegals that they carelessly imported, I think it's unlikely that many of them would vote even if they were given ballots.

Even if they did, 10 million votes isn't necessarily enough to defeat Trump with all the people who are fed up with the Harris-Biden administration.
The intent here is probably the prospect of adding new districts.
