Well seeing as how the average Democrat voter can't think for themselves
anyway, I don't see where that would make much of a difference.

They can just prop up their puppet, or go through the work of telling their
voters who to vote for and having an election.  Either way, their puppet is
installed.

Policy-wise - he did what he was told.  The guy was an idiot, so he certainly
couldn't do that himself.

Skirt-chasing-wise - he probably made those decisions (with warnings from
Hillary, of course).
