Well, ya.  That's what the whole concept of Controlled Opposition is.

The Elitists prop up a fake "Trump agenda web site".  They will initially make
it sound legit, then slowly, and quietly, add in things that aren't legit in
order to scare the sheeple.

What they don't realize is that we've seen this all before and can recognize it
for what it is.  The only ones who think it's 100% legit are the 4% who think
that a man can become a woman because "he identifies as a woman" (i.e. morons).
