Former Bronx assistant district attorney William C.C. Kemp-Neal resigned from his job last month and changed his phoen number after being confronted by a vigilante group known as "Dads Against Predators." Kemp-Neal thought he was meeting with a 13 year old boy.

Here's part of the story that NY Post doesn't tell: The Bronx County district attorney is *A DEMOCRAT* (big surprise) named Darcel Clark.

The other part of the story: Kemp-Neal is Darcel Clark's assistant.
