For the most part, yes.

Show your source here.  Quadrupled is an exaggeration.  They have gone up.
They are currently 33% higher here than they were in 2019.  In some places
they've supposedly doubled.  I am not aware of any place in the USA where
they have gone up 4x what they were before.
